    Hey ... Awesome ... you explained things superbly ... I used the msconfig method and my laptop was taking over 3 minutes to start. Now after virus scan; malware/spyware removal and msconfig ... it's starting in 58 seconds. I researched the startup executables on google as you suggested and it's awesome. Thanks Guy!
