Deputy Chief Justice, Lord Justice Judge, was scathing abut the entire MSBP/CotDeath/Murder theory, calling it a "travesty of justice".

So if MSBP is outlawed in our criminal courts, why does it still appear in our Secret Family courts?

How can Social Services take children into care on the grounds of MSBP and FII?
