Symptoms of a Heart Attack Video

I'm 21 and I have had A LOT of stress and anxiety lately due to various reasons. I have been getting a squeezing sensation in my heart area and I sometimes get a very fast heart rate, mostly in the morning. I eat very healthy but I don't get any exercise, so I'm thinking I need to start working out. Is it pretty uncommon for 21 year olds to have heart attacks? I know you can't diagnose me. I'm seeing my cardiologist next week.

Heart attacks can happen to anyone at any time regardless of health conditions. You just never know WHEN or IF it's going to happen. When your time is up, it's up.

I have one question for you Doc. What should I do in my situation? I have chronic pain in the back that iradiates to my arm, neck, chest and jaw. As I've heard this is one of the principal symptoms of a heart attack. I have done many electro and echocardiograms. They turned out to be absolutely healthy. So now everytime my pain increases in the region of the chest I never discard the possibility of a heart attack. I am on Adderall. What can I do? Thanks.

doc, i smoke for 5 years about a pack a day. now i'm 25 and i'm overweight. i feel a pain that comes and go in my left chest. is that a symptons, i just stop smoking for 5 days. what shoul i do next. thank u.. pLEASE...

The number of 14 yr olds who have heart attacks is about zero.

im 14 and i get chest pain .
and i heard that chest pain can be a heart attack and i seem to have most of the symptons
but i dont want to go to the doctor.

he just said no studies were done to prove a connection between carbs and heart disease. Yet he still adovcates that exact diet? Sounds dumb.

I'm a vegetarian, but I feel that I'm lacking nutrition, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for a vegetarian diet plan that reverses or lowers the risk of heart disease , or heart related issues.

One thing... only eat wholegrain bread because it has complex carbs and white bread is useless. And it looks like it would react badly with ammonia too.

I took a cialis, two days after taking another, and have chest pain. I've been feeling this pain for more than 5 hours and am worry that i'll have a heart attack! I went to the ER and was told by a DR. that cialis is not know to cause heart attacks, should i be worry????

doctor I am 32 years old and have a very fatty diet and drink alot of coke. At least once a day I experience throbbing pains in my chest majority of the time on my left side of my chest and into my back on the left side. I was told by my family doctor that it probubly is muscle spasms because of the line of work that I am in (machine builder). My question is should I find a second opinion?
