The Taliban ruled Afghanistan from 1996 to 2001 and under threats and violence. The Afghans themselves through their representatives sent out a distress call to remove the invaders - Taliban. If one day violence settles, I'm certain the Taliban can be put on the ballot and allow every Afghan to decide what direction the country should take. Let's be fair, dude. The taliban was the cancer & a little chemotherapy is needed to take care of it. BTW, most Taliban are Pakistanis..invaders? Who?
