How to Dance Salsa : Basic Dance Steps

hallo apersaud - thanx for the vids, i'm a salsafanatic as well but sometimes find it quite heart to stick to that rythm of 1-2-3 - might have something to do with different rythm cultures i guess :-) but i simply can't get it out of my head - after a combination of terms i get lost and go for the non-existing 4th step..

im pretty new at this so forgive me for asking but then, why diesnt he ever count on 4 and 8?????

I have recently started liking salsa... n now I'm crazy for it. I wanted to learn more after the basic classes I joined here. But due to the nature of my job I have to move out to a place where there is no one to teach me.
But then I came across Anthony.. U really rock n so very nice of you to share you talent with us.

excellent explaining of the marching, I stood in on a beginners class and the instructor never explained why the guys kept stepping on the women on the turns(they were not supposed to move forward or back on that move). I wish this video wassent so hard to find.
