ohh its such a cute dog, i dont think it is suffering from anything, i have a really weird black lab that makes ridiculous noises like that when you stare at her and make faces but won't pet her, so in a way they are suffering because they aren't being pet lol but i don't know the case with this dog, i think it is cute though

There's is nothing wrong with that dog other than it has no teeth. That doesn't mean it's not in good condition. Dogs can lose their teeth just like humans do, does that mean toothless humans aren't in good condition? It is funny - that's how some poodles act when excited, they talk, mine does it all the time when I won't throw her toy or she sees a treat on the counter and wants it.
