    Hallo Edwin, schau mal auf den Kanal von Sukadev108 und suche doch nach den beiden Videos mit dem Stichwort "Skorpion". Da findest du genauere Anleitungen, wie du in den Skorpion kommst. Mit deiner Balance müsstest du bei richtiger Technik den Skorpion gut machen können. Notfalls probiere ihn gegen die Wand: Beim Kopfstand 20-30 Cm zwischen Kopf und Wand. Die Füße gegen die Wand geben. Dann kannst du den Kopf einfach heben.

    Ich kann alle Positionen aus den Kopfstand, die Balance ist also da.
    Wenn ich aber in den Skorpion wechseln will und meinen Kopf anhebe,dann fall ich um.
    Habt ihr einen Ratschlag ?
    Sollte ich erst mehr Muskeln aufbauen,
    um auf den Armgelenken besser zu stehen ?
