The problem with communisism in Russia, China, and North Korea is and was, A dictator ruling for long periods. True communisim is made up of mulitiple checks and balances and thus the Premier or Secertary General of the communtist governments, is voice of the party and answers back to the branches of government. The system is supossed to be a scientific based government, where qoutas and results dictate the state of the nation. The marxist view is not to metle or entertain the outside world.

you're from canada, have you ever encountered communist oppression? probably not since you're 16. Well i have, i'm living in a country thats free from it for 19 years now, saying that communism finds people equal ascertains me you've never been to Hungary, Poland, Czech Rep., Latvia, Estonia etc. you don't know nothing about it, how ppl were getting killed in prisons because they fought germans in ww2 (polish partisants, the true soldiers who fought for freedom). Not enough space to write all.

I would recommend you all to read some historybooks, and also what took place in Russia around 1900, and on to 1991. Seems many people know what communism is from movies, and have a romantic view on it. The reign of terror under Stalin, is a whole nother story. As communism was in East Germany during the cold war. And now back to topic, yes that american actor is hot :)

There's nothing wrong with communism. If it was done right, the world would be a better place. I don't know why everyone makes it sound so evil. Sounds like an excuse. There'd be less war under the goverment and people would be raised to accept and love each other from childhood unlike in todays society where there's so much hatred towards other countries because there's conflict between nations. Sure, everyone being looked at as equals sounds SO evil and wrong. Dumbass.

Well yeah. Though just like capitalism communism can decay. Another problem with socialism is just the risk of corrupt government. Overall though.... So sad the capitalist swine oppresses people. Western Civilization values don't really support institutionalized socialism.

vin4enco is correct. the reason russians had mass killings in battle were because the stakes were so high and the whole world knew it so it was up to russia to save the world. now everyone thinks america took the fame just because of media and commercialism. communism can work if rich people get off there million dollar asses and help others more than themselves. the only way communism could be possible though is if the whole world was under one order not one leader but everyone is a leader.
