You need to spend more time constructing coherent sentences and less time foaming at the mouth about old cartoons. TV edited these cartoons, and now we can see them as they were meant to be seen. Maybe you like history to be "whitewashed" and you need your hand held because you can't handle the past, but the other adults around here don't give a damn about the stereotypes and just enjoy remembering their childhood.

It wasn't controversial in the 40's. It wasn't even censored until the mid 1990s. I watched this all the time, along with all the other classics of that era and they didn't start to get censored will about 15 years ago. Thank God for uncensored DVD and the internet.

If this was 1831 Nat Turner dealt with people who didn't want to get over slavery. So why don't you go to a reservation and tell them to get over history.
