If you type "tabla for sale" in Google you can find websites that ship them commercially. These tabla are sort of expensive (around $300) and they might be of bad quality, but it's probably worth looking into.

lol yeah my mom just came back from india from an annual trip and bought one for me. im not sure where you could find one here(in north america)
