Look, ma, no tubes! I'm not thrilled to make part of my boob public on here, but nursing is beautiful and there were no other YouTube videos of breastfeeding an adopted baby or toddler. And since I consider this one of the miracles of nature, I thought I'd share.

    If you don't mind sharing your experience. Where did you adopt from? which country? Was is easy? I would prefer to adopt than have my own. The whole idea of giving birth does not appeal to me.

    Did you take hormones or something to start lactating or did you birth a child orevious to getting her? I am considering adopting a baby (in the future :-P) and am currently looking into adoptive breastfeeding. I saw one lady on a talk show who had took pills or something to lactate so she could feed her adopted children...

    Well, she was an infant - six months old, though in some cases people can start breastfeeding a toddler. I adopted a one-year-old, too, but didn't give BF a try...just couldn't really imagine starting at that age.
