This Design was inspired and is pretty much the same as the Washer Design, (Lucky 13) by "ultio1", except there is no welding involved.

The Stainless steel cups were 2.5 oz. and cost .25 a piece. It is a step up from the tea strainer design in that you can easily stack these as large as you would like while maintaining the same spacing.

If you have access to a power drill; with a few cups and some rubber bands you can put together a multistack HHO unit with ease.

If you have access to a welder, you are likely better off going with the Washer design or stacked plates.
.
If you are just interesting in messing around, this works fairly well and is wicked easy to construct. In under ten minutes you can stack twenty of these together and produce HHO.

If you are trying to find these at Walmart, the part #33107 2.5 oz Condiment cups. (I've had several people ask about this. Hope it helps).

  • I've improved on ...

I've improved on this by taking a hint from you (HHO4ALL). Scoured the surface with a grinder and reduced the size of the unit to a max of 6 plates. Going to run some tests with those Neutral plates and see what happens.

Now I see what you were talking about.

It doesn't matter what it looks like, as long as it works.

I considered using a cut off wheel and installing clips, but I wasn't sure if there would be enough room afterwards. I really need some stainless steel wire and a spot welder for an improved model. I think cutting out the bottom is a good idea, I noticed when I put them together without hole they tended to heat up.

  • I use a cutoff ...

I use a cutoff wheel on mine. I cut the bottom totally out, and made a notch through the rolled lip edge of the cups. Then I used SS picture hanger wire and threaded it through the rolled lip and twisted it to make it tight. That all works great. What I needed was better spacers like you are using. (I had tried magnet wire, but it nicks pretty easy and the copper is reactive) Thanks.
