it isn`t the rotate speed is about 150KT when fully loaded! and min landing speed is 138KT insted of the 165kt of the 747!

Offcourse it's fuel efficient, if you stuff that amount of peope in it! Get real, also those engines love jet fuel

thats not even true at all. I know for a fact this aircraft is exactly what we do not need at this time!!! Its a jumbo jet, we are in a recession, and we create a F**king dubble decker jumbo jet! You check yourself before you humiliate urself! I have been researching since it came out.

We have been in a recession for ever now, it is a world of the strong survive, has been since the beginning of time, and this jet cuts back on fuel and emissions, ivestigate before you humiliate.

It's because it was only a demo model. That is flying around the world showing off the plane to try and sell it, so the qantas textures are most likely decals.

hey cool kid...the directing the A380 will take off in, depends on head winds direction, so it will take off into wind, with to the south or to the north, on the main rwy. there are many good spotting points at both ends of rwy....get there early and check the wind sock.

Waste of energy? The A380 is one of the most fuel efficient planes. Look at the fuel usage per person!

why is it only half the qantas scheme and the tail has the a380 logo?

it is highly unlikely that an accident will ever occur with ths type of aircraft. its a very safe form of transportation .
