If you love the idea of economic downfall, a richer upper-class and more deaths of soldiers in all our countries, then you should go off and live in one of the countries you deem terrifying, because it's there that those policies are common practice...it should never be that way in one of the largest and most advanced countries in the world

this was the 2nd prez that i voted for. the last time was 20 yrs ago. we are looking at a new beginning. i cryed when he won and yes i voted for him and very proud of that fact. I AM SO PROUD THAT HE WON AND I THINK HE WILL DO US GREAT SERVICE. He speech is just remarkable and reminds me of Kennedy even though I only know him from histroy...We Will Rock as a great country now...not that we didnt before, GOD BLESS AMERICAN, A New Dawn Has Come...Thank You Mr. President For bringing hope to us...

I am Irish and I all my life I have felt cynical about American Politics.
Even during Clinton's presidency I felt he was interested more in creating profit for corporations that for enriching the lives of ordinary Americans.
But today is a great day for America. A day when millions of American's rose up and sent a clarion call that America values all those things that make us human.

I'm Italian, i usually don't like Usa and his politics of war, guns and consumism, but for the first time in my life i feel happy for you, and i hope Obama wil be a grat president of PEACE and HOPE.
