christina should have sang in head voice, so that her tone would have matched better with andrea. I love her to death but her voice lacks the subtle nature needed to fully express the emotion of this song. i think an older diva like (mariah or chante moore) with more experience might have been a better choice

My God, Would people just stop with all the hate towards Christina Aguilera's performance. If you have a problem with Christina, then why don't you sing. I like the performance. Andrea and her, are both excellent singers, and I admire them both.

i actually thought they were a decent pair
when they sang together it sounded a little weird because it sounded a little like christinia was trying to overpower Andrea which is almost impossible if he were to actually try lol
but when they did their different solos it was interesting to listen to the different vocal styles for the same type of music.

Whoever suggested Christina singing with Andrea should be flagellated. And thanks to Kumeyai for using "vocal gymnastics". That word has eluded me for so long. Vocal gymnastics describes the singing style of mariah, christina and all the rest. So tired of it just like rap!
