Did you seriously expect a sequal to a game based on MULTIPLAYER to give l33t Solo mode? They worked on the MULTIPLAYER to make that better than the first, not the campaign mode.

Yeah, I got both, and guess what? Microsoft kindly replaced my system when I had the red ring of death and when it was scratching my disks, which when it happened, I stoped messing with it. For the Blue Ray, I'm just stating what I heard from my cliants. As well, the games are not pleasing, because I have tried them in gamestop, and except for their graphics, they didn't give me much gaming pleasure. As well, don't expect games to be godlike, cause no game will ever be that great.

why gow2a bad qame? at first when i started playinq gears 2 i was like "damn this is the best game i have ever played" but then as i started movinq on some of the missions reminded me of the first gears like the "dirty little secret mission"(all the new characters die) & dizzy status is unknown because he just disappeared after fightinq skorge.the game was short again the bosses were easy(the endinq was awful)the graphics just improve a lil.epic did just like the halo series(gears of war 1.5)

AveyLithia why dont you talk about somethinq you hear often like the xbox 360 scratchinq disc(like my gears of war 1)or the RROD(which ive gotten once already) this is the first time i ever hear somebody talkinq about the ps3's blu ray havinq trouble & the peoples from sony swtichinq to micro$oft WTF? how are the ps3 games not pleasinq to you if you havent even played one? i have played gears of war 2 & i would tell you this(gears of war 2 is the biqqest disappointment of 2008) peace!

I never played the PS3, but from what I have seen, in G4 they showed most of the companies that were strictly for Sony are switching over to Microsoft since they'll have better buisness, not to mention I talked to somebody who did get one, and he told me his blueray disks had trouble playing on his PS3. I don't personally want a PS3 cause there aren't many games that look pleasing to me on the system and the cost for the system was godaweful. I know it went down, but it was still shocking.

Nobody who didn't know eachother, everytime I went into a random room, the COG side were always not only skillfully better, but used a wide variety of tactics on my team, and for me and a friend of mine, when we played king of the hill, he would always pull a sniper rifle to shoot enemies down and I'd be watching his flanks. It all depends on your teammates, if your unlucky and get crappy teammates, then your out of luck, if you are, then you'll have a better chance at winning.
