Thank you for posting this! I wish Nastia might try the Okino dismount after the Olympics (it's too late now). It's worth a D just like the double front/half. And it's from a free hip rather than a giant swing. Betty Okino had a similar build and the dismount looked so elegant when she did it well. It's the Nadia dismount but layed-out.

Even now at my age-I DEFINITELY need my trainers and classmates (I'm in an officers academy) encouraging me whether it be in running, or shooting. Maybe Nastia doesn't mind.
