instead of pulling straight up/out bring your weld back into itself slightly and i mean slightly 6010 you shouldn't be have a lot of holes maybe your too hot i run around 120 130 depending on the machine...

If you have heard of position 6GR Or 6G And you would stick with the rod you would wast the whole weld since that is the most dificult position to do and that is a position you learn once you can do 100% quality

You never stick the rod? Sorry but I can't believe that. I've seen veterans weld and it still sticks on them sometimes.
