    Perfect for Licensed Property Management when doing evictions or lockouts, sure as heck beats destructive entry, I have always disliked drilling locks on a good day it takes me 1 minute to drill the lock out and whack it with a hammer and screw driver and I'm in.

    I usually try to pick the locks so I can have it rekeyed later.

    Keys that have the first (really, the last) peak filed to the same height should, in theory, work on multiple locks. For example, a 5 pin key that's been modified so pin 5 is the same height should work on a 6 pin lock. Hope I'm making some sense
