Tom Hanks took a social significance role and hit the jackpot with it...We were not used to seeing Tom Hanks in such a serious role...But as we have seen with Robin Williams and so many other comic types, Serious is really what they do best! Philadelphia was an excellent film...you wouldnt want to se it every day but the once was an important trip.
