I agree. The elephant is not afraid of the mice, its rather afraid of what it might do if he stepped on it. His concern is the life of the mouse.

We know elephants are very intelligent. What if elephants have a moral code? What if they aren't afraid of the mice, but are instead they are concerned about it and don't want to step on it?

I dont believe this one... they were outside 5meters far away from the elephants and they same animals where running like 4-5 times the exact the same way? no way...
