He said that they make majic on the child and that she has something inside her the size of a watch battery. When she feel her stomach ach they go for medicine thinking its a gas or something but its not. plus this same guy holdin the child says to the mother(the lady standing behind the kid, after he said that) that she do not love her daughter.
