By the way, was this part of an hour long Christmas special Joan did on PBS around this time I remember seeing. On that program she did a version of 'Scarlet Ribbons'. Does anyone remember that TV concert?

A genius of music. She sings beautifully. She composes music. She writes lyrics. And on top of that look at her physical beauty. She has been blessed by the Lord.

And then to top all that she is a very humble person.

This is the best of all versions I have ever Listened in English. Wonderful performance. She puts all the emotion and heart that's needed

interesting. But Joan Baez is WELT klasse!!! So, it doesn´t matter where, for whom, for what. I´ve seen her only one time in concert, but it was 0ne of my Dreams come true.

Joan as always was ather best. Imagine this was 30 years ago. We love you Joan.

I saw this show on PBS. Originally an outdoor Christmas concert at SF's City Hall was planned but was rained out.

Beautiful, and the song takes on an added meaning when one considers Joan's involvement in the 1970s and early '80s with the Mothers of the Disappeared.
