By 1128BROOKLYN [Affiliate User] 1215616336 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThx for the advice! at 12 days im going to have the army push up test. I was wondering, is it a good idea to do this every day for 6 days and then rest? to maximixe the effect for the test. or should i have 1 day rest between each day, and do it for 12 days? or have one day rest between each day and rest the last days?

By startfitness [Affiliate User] 1215234087 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveGood questions. Diamond push-ups include more Triceps muscles (moving toward the chest). Nose Guard Push-ups include more core muscles (belley and back). HOOAH!
By startfitness [Affiliate User] 1215234019 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removehey sarge, great advice, im going to try that but quick question, i was wonder if for all those sets whether if i should touch my chest on the groud or not, of go low enough (2-3 inch apart from ground)
By 300428179 [Affiliate User] 1215227789 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removecool!, if i take two weeks off this push up routine and do a similar chin up routine for two weeks and keep switching it like that, will I be kind of wasting the tricep and chest benifits i get from this push up routine (in other words is two weeks too much ot take off where the muscles worked will start to diminish that quickly, even though i go right back to it for two weeks every two weeks)
By mefree2 [Affiliate User] 1215210400 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removehelo sir. have a question to ask. whats the difference between 2 different styles of diamond pushups? the one where u hit your chest to the diamond and the other which u go down and hit your nose in the middle of the diamond. which one is harder and which one do u recommend for muscle building and strength training? thanks. have a nice day. HOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

By riverfront4416 [Affiliate User] 1215079748 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWell, what I do is perform this routine three to four times on Monday and Wednesday, if preparing for the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). However, if no test is within a couple of months, I perform Bench Press and go immediately to a 'burn-out' push-up set. I perform other exercises, and try it again two more times. HOOAH!
