Yes, but if u visit Russia and then Korea, u will know what I am talking about. Russia is not in war situation but situation is worse than war. U can't use subway or bus, except Taxi. They may easily cut ur throat.

If I had to estimate, excluding hotels stay, I'd say around 15-40/day for food, 10-50/day for shopping, and maybe 10-15/day for tourism. So it can range from $490-$1470 depending on your level of extravagance. Generally food & shopping is cheap in most places around Seoul.
