    I just started Muay Thai like..6 weeks ago? but those people do 6 hours a day? fuck, I only do 2 hours a day, and 3 days a week! Man I saw a bunch of KO's from Muay Thai, and the kicks to the head look brutal. then there's the uppercuts. at the end of each class the teacher gets the bamboo stick and rubs it hard against your shins! I'm glad I do Muay Thai
