This is gotta be outdated, you don't need to do the rescue breaths anymore. Also, for those who don't know, 9 out of 10 times, you will break a rib while performing CPR so don't mess around with it unless absolutely neccisary.

What about compression only based methods?
Might be simpler for a youtube video with similar results/no cracked ribs.

Americans are trained to only do compressions. Canadians and Brits use compressions & mouth to mouth (but they use pocket masks).
