HOWTO Format and Do a Clean Install of Windows XP

is this the same when i'm going to format and install vista example i have windows xp and i want to reformat it and i want the vista is it the same installation and the same as you do there

you schould go to ms dos and format it manually and then use the windows xp installation-format option and install your windows THATS HOW U GET A CLEAN INSTALL mr smartie hhahahah
