Smoking and Drinking Alcohol Dangers on the Body

alcohol in moderation (ONE drink a day, not enough to get drunk) can actually help cognitive thinking abilities and overall awareness, and is not harmful at all. Of course, very few people stop at one drink lol.

i think it is partly wrong, everything taken in the right way is healthy. alcohol is not dangerous, getting drunk twice a week is unhealthy. but for smokers.....i think you'd better stop it!
