Inspired by all the hoopers out there shooting hooping videos in their homes, Rayna of Hoopnotica decided to do just that - here she is hooping in her living room to Beyonce's Naughty Girl.

    2 lbs ~ 1kg, but probably moot point now. the extra mass (compared to trad'l hoops) makes huge difference - love the extra mass. bought a couple of hoops from reyna awhile back for me, sis, and nephew. she is a kind, calm spirit and this video is so mesmerizing and inspiring to watch! if i wasn't such a slacker i know'd i'd be well on my way to a tummy like hers. hmm, maybe i'll go pop in the video and practice...
