    The techniques for releasing toxins from the body in Yoga are very specific, scientific, and are to be done in a precise manner. It is a technology. The fact is that not only is the a correct physical technique, that is only part of the equation. The other half is the correct mental technique, which is often far more difficult, let alone both together.

    Ok so once I get my energy set up and open up channels. How do I keep them open, what is the importance of opening them up if they don't stay open? Btw, I actually find myself doing almost all of those things not in that sequence, but whenever I'm constipated or fasting I just by random start doing those things, like with the arms and legs and moving my body around like that. Pretty cool.

Hatha yoga that is so widely spread all over the world, even in gym centers is okay just to train your body, to relax, to improve health, but when it comes to combining physical benefits and spiritual development this should be taken very seriously and actually is achieved by the "chosen" ones.

    Things that are not secret are now called tips :) just 40 years ago people where dying to keep that art a secret. Now ... every body wants a piece of it. For this video, i haven`t seen anything like it on the web, but as far as know... I think this practice is very personal and should be done by one self alone. He`s releasing quite a lot of energy with those moves, he doesn`t do some of them correctly tho, probably camera shy :)

You might be okay if you tried a surface level imitation, but the deeper you see it, the more seriously you attempt it, the more potentially dangerous it can be
