lol, ya, who subsidizes the over-priced, low quality of service airlines? Who subsidizes the automobile companies that should have gone bankrupt a long time ago? Who's preventing electric car companies and infrastructures to arrise? Right, it's the government... Oh thank the lord for them stealing our money to do something "better" with it.

Government involvment makes all of these things less efficient than they could be.
The army is one of the only government functions I agree with. I'm awake.

dude, the gov't makes almost everything you do possible. are you an idiot? who built the roads you drive on? who subsidizes the automobile and airline industries that you rely on? who polices your streets? who locks up your criminals? who is making sure your food is of adequate quality? Man a grocery store provides better health care coverage than my government. Don't think you have to pay high charges in Canada HA! We all do but have no choice what or where we get our care.

The only flaw is that those people still have to pay high ass prices for health care. If we eliminated Corporatism in health care and had real free market like in Stossel's other doc, Stupid in America about our screwed education system. Then the prices for those Whole Food workers in hospitals would be 10x cheaper. $3 for a pill that monopolies force us to pay $300 dollars for. Read up on Ron Paul's healh care plans. If there is no profit, then they go out of business. Would you go to work if it cost more to work that job than you what you were paid to do it. Without profit, there is no sustainability.

Preventive Care is important!! The cost of doing preventive care is a lot less than the actual treatment!!

With hamburgers the free market has provided tremendous choice. Though Burgers are not as healthy as say, bananas, Tens of millions of people eat burgers without getting sick. If there is any "solution" to healthcare woes, it comes from Sam Walton, not Uncle Sam.
