I agree with catachan, amatures generate about 70% of power attainable, pros generate about 110% of their body mass by actually lifting up like Tiger does, watch Garcia, Daly, Couples, all the big hitters, hell, even Funk, they all "lift" up at impact, this is how they hit the ball so damn far!!

Cadoranti, u should know that most good swings dip and lift up again, its what my teacher is teaching me to do, if you watch every good shot on the tour you will find this common element among other things

his backswing is too long... if he stopped it a little earlier, he wouldnt be in a spot where he has to drop his head and pop back up again before impact...everythign except that looks unreal.
