I think you have a good point about the varying lengths of time in the video.
But I disagree with you on the health care issue. I'm not saying that it doesn't work in Canada. I hear from many that are happy with it. My perspective is based upon how well the US govt. has/HASN'T run things in the past (i.e Medicare, Medicaid) I think that many of the Americans against ObamaCare (or myself at least) are against it because they don't approve of how the govt. has/is handling everything else.

Free heath care to all is a good idea. I live in canada and my grand mother just had cancer. she never paid a cent for any treatment. just show your heathcard and you can go to the hospital or doctor when ever you want. and your penny comparisons are in accurate. if you are going to compare money amounts over a period of time make sure all your variable time lenghts are the same. other wise it will seem squed
