PEASE READ: This is video response to sxephil concerning stress relievers. I mentioned playing the piano and mindfulness meditation. I failed to mention talk therapy, chemical therapy, and keeping a regular eating/sleeping schedule. You'd be surprised how your anxiety levels change if you eat less stuff more often (frequent, small meals). Also, mindfulness meditation is usually most effective if done 15-30 mins a day for 3-7 days out of the week (varies greatly with the person).
