I think she should sing this as a duet with Josh Groban, for he has also a great voice and an extreme vocal range... and there is an Italian part he can sing :)

It's actually caused by the muscle that shuts off your sinus cavity when you sing or swallow. It changes the tone. Also by the location of the hyoid bone and throat muscles.

She is just using more air support. and air flow...i think

Actually, I think she was pasing more air through her chords at the begining to get a more breathy sound, and then she went back to the regular method of singing to get louder.

I know that this was in "Quest for Camelot," but was it also in another movie? I have heard this song elsewhere, and cannot place it. It is driving me crazy!

As a matter of fact, it IS the love song from that very movie.

this is the most beautiful voice I ve heard,nobody sings as Chloe,for switness and pathos,other singers maybe are more
perfect,but Chloe is unique.
here,in Italy, is unknown,but I think she will be famous soon in the world,Im sure.

In the beginning, she was using her "head voice". At 1:14 she changed her singing to her "chest voice". It's just pushing the air past your vocal chords different.
