    what I got from it was that jay is sayin he wants to retire but he doesnt just wanna pass S**t on to sum wack ass niggaz to run the game...so he's thinkin and then he finally come to a point where he's like am gonna let the people who I've worked with and taught a few things to run it after am gone...if you listen to the chorus and how it plays out through out the song it becomes clearer...jay's music gotta be decoded thats why most people don't get what he's sayin...
