its burning the hydrogen from the water and water without H is oxygen and that will burn aswell, extracting h from water and burning it doesnt make steam in the exhoust

Does anyone realize what would happen to our country and economics if tomorrow someone came up with a pill that KILLED CANCER or some way to get rid of GAS. Do you know it would destroy all of us.
