I have heard a lot of stories of riders crashing or having accidents running at just 30-40mph. Actually i have experienced it myself and if I wasn't wearing my proper protective gear I wouldn't be alive now or maybe I'll just be a vegetable or get brain dammage or something. These harley/cruiser riders are the ones risking their lives more!

At least a speeding bike does not carry the same destructive force of a speeding car. Plus, a speeding bike has more chances of avoiding a car that changes lane in front of him coz its smaller, narrow, it can squeeze right through.
