This exercise is the "Spiderman Dumbbell Curl". It is awesome at hitting the biceps. I promise that if you perform this exercise correctly, your arms will grow.
Watch this video and let go your ego ( slow down the tempo and use lighter weights) and I promise you that this exercise will give you results.

I just finished 3 sets of these! Thank you for helping me find that elusive bicep burn Ive been trying to get for a long time!
I havent been able to get a good burn/pump with traditional bicep curls for some reason. These worked beautifully. Im a big strong guy and I only used 20 lbs each handand it was hard!
You can try to do this one with a flat bench. It works great. the stretch on the bicep is killer. But you will have to lighten up the weight.
