TT Brown Electrokinetic Apparatus (US Patent # 2,949,550, issued Aug.16,1960), I built and first operated this TT Brown-rig in 1999, and here it is flying with and without being sealed in plastic bags. Power dispersal from saucers plays havoc with the video, computers, and ionises EVERYTHING, even human-bodies, in a 60-foot radius from Electrokinetic Apparatus.
