This was a crazy visual performed by the Blue Devils bassline. They basically have these harnesses where you can rotate your drum a full 360 degrees. It is freakin' amazing.

Im not sure but I think Riverside Community College used the spinning basses. But thier mostly BD people anyway so there wouldnt be a problem of using the same concepts i dont think.
