The solar wind is now 20% weaker than it was only a decade ago. This permits more cosmic rays to reach the earths surface, which creates more clouds that block the suns rays and, in turn, cools the planet.

I already explained to you how McCain spent the first portion of his campaign talking about his plan, but he was taking too many attacks from Obama. He had to attack in order to gain some ground.
