You naysayers out will see soon enough (unless you close your eyes to the truth). Growing up in 70's and 80's I KNOW that most homeless were vets. Where I live is a homeless Mecca, and I have interacted with A LOT of homeless people over the years. It might not be on that scale, but it will happen again. And we should be ashamed as a nation.

Iknow many vets like me would disagree & like to give that f#(%@r our 2cents if we had it. I served in Iraq. When I returned home the V.A denied my Med. claim. I was very ill. I couldn't hold a job or re-adjust to a civilian world. Spent many a nights generally, "under a bridge" and I wasn't alone. F.U. Bill.

Having been a volunteer at a homeless shelter I can guarantee you what keeps most people on the streets are substance abuse or mental health issues (good luck keeping them housed) as Bill O'Reilly stated. This bologna posted is nothing more then a way to attack O'Reilly...USING vets! Pathetic!
