The TSC 300 Workout is a tangible way for you to measure your improvement as you burn fat, build muscle and transform your body.

The TSC 300 Work-Out is designed to be done every Saturday. It's gives you a composite score that you can work to improve every week. The goal is to constantly improve and score 300 points.

The test consists of pull-ups, push-ups and a 3 mile run. Each section is worth 100 points for a totally possible score of 300.
