That's the unfortunate side of bands, they can fall apart. I'd rather see Steve Perry out of Journey than him stay in Journey and all the band members having fights.

I saw Journey in the late 70's in SARATOGA NY FOR FREE!! they were in a battle of the bands free concert. I then saw them again in the early 80's same place, with 40,000 others!!!
Steve Perry really is Journey, that voice is the S**t !

Thank God he had the wisdom to see what it was doing to him before he was truly gone. If only the band had been able to find a better balance, they'd all probably still be together! They didn't really need to spend so much time on the road to prove how incredible they were. We knew it all along!

I feel a lot better knowing I am not the only 36 year old + on here obsessing with Steve. I cannot get enough of that voice or his looks. I've loved him since he started in Journey ( I die over Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin') What I wouldn't do to meet him just one time. God bless him. He was, is and always will be "The Voice"
