I was there just this past week and there are hundreds of birds flying around and on the rocks. I have several pictures I took that I had to do a double take on. Bird flys a certain way or if there were more than one together it look like a person.
Thanks for the video it reminds me of the great time we had up there.

It's a bird. There was a lot of seagulls flying about just around the falls :)
