    size aint everything. hed die in a fight, all ud hav 2 do is run around him in circles till hes tired, which wont take long. look at bob sapp for example, hes huge an gasses easily, and he actually trains cardio. lou is bigger and dont do much cardio, hed get knocked out by any fighter whos even on an amatur level

    the point is not to compete with others, but with oneself. its not about fighting. but i gotta say, with that much sheer mass, and, obviously, high tolerance for pain, "knocking him the fuck out" would be no easy task. you wouldn't like him when he's mad.

    shoulder press is a good compound movement, trains all the shoulder girdle. make sure you warm up correctly this area is prone to injury because of the muscle complexity. i usually do 2x20 light reps followed by 2x6/8 reps heavy.Shrugs are good for the traps. also wear a lifting belt for all pressing movements.
    p.s you can't beat free weights for development.

    the main reason why lou lost to arnold at the olympia was because his muscles werent mature enough. his back wasnt wide as the other competitors. now he has extreme vascularity and muscle density. guys envy bodybuilderes over the assumptiion that steroids make them who they are. but in relaity steroids arent magic pills. they still have to go through hell trianing 3-4 hrs a days, dieting on nasty healthy food and making endless sacrifices.

    great thanks for your answer but then you wont train the upper regeon of the back for the deltoids ( one can still do the bent over reverse flys for example... but do you think its o k go to behind the shoulder but just not all the way down to the neck? say around the top of the head? - just asking. always great to share different opionons and strategies on work out logistics
