    Have you kept with it? have you brought up your intensity? It's quite different than P90X, but you can bring up the challenge by wearing a weighted vest or some ankle/wrist weights. What do you think?

    I like this workout for the fat burn and sweat. With P90X I needed weights or pullup bar so it was as travel friendly
