Oh, hey, you're that dude. The one who drew the flipbook animation where the stars drop out of the sky and become rain drops, that was awesome. Congrats on the THAD gig, Zack. You've done a great job with it so far, thanks for cluing me in on how it's actually done. =)

Yo Alan, that's rad. I animate the Thad's. I animate the whole face saying a handful of seperate words with different amounts of syllables, animate a few frames of him saying nothing, and string it together. It still takes kind of a long time to animate each episode, only because the settings, camera angles, emotions, characters, and physical actions change every time. The ones that have played so far were made a while ago. Thanks a lot for the response and for checking them out!

You should be able to use all these techniques in any video editor Matt, except WMM maybe, I've never played with that one but I hear it isn't the greatest.
